The Site connects buyers with suppliers and provides product listings, inquiries, spot-goods ordering and related services. We act as a platform and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are not the direct seller of goods listed by third-party suppliers.
Listed prices and minimum order quantities are provided by the corresponding supplier and may change without notice. An order is formed only after both parties confirm the order details, price, quantity and delivery terms.
Payment shall follow the method selected at checkout. Please keep transaction records; do not transfer funds to accounts other than those stated on the platform.
Delivery time is based on the confirmed order. Quality claims must be raised within the agreed period with supporting evidence (photos, test reports, etc.). Sample orders are generally not returnable unless the goods are defective or materially different from the sample.
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and product data — is owned by the Site or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site, supplier conduct, or transactions concluded through the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is registered. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
