Sourcing notes

Converting every quotation to cost per kilogram of active ingredient, and recording the specification beside it, consistently changes which offer looks best. The second is documentation lead time — certificates of analysis and test reports are usually available but take a few days to assemble, so buyers planning a launch should request the document package at the inquiry stage rather than at shipment.
Coverage expansion
Supplier onboarding continues in adjacent personal care and nutrition ingredient categories. Manufacturers and authorised distributors holding real stock are invited to submit company information through the merchant registration route; verification is required before listings go live, which is what keeps the catalogue usable for buyers.
Service updates
Buyers can now post a structured requirement and receive comparable quotations against a single brief, instead of sending individually worded inquiries. Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged as part of order confirmation, and the complaint procedure now documents the evidence expected for a quality claim — photographs, the confirmed specification, packing documentation and, where grade or purity is disputed, an independent test report.
