Welcome to GoodTradeCenter. This page answers the most common questions about browsing products, sending inquiries, and placing orders. If you cannot find what you need, please start a chat or send us an inquiry and a representative will assist you.
1. Browsing Products & Suppliers
Use the search bar or category navigation to find spot goods across all industries. Product cards show the FOB price, minimum order quantity and the supplying company.
Every supplier page shows its product list and company profile. You may contact any supplier directly from the product page via Chat or Send Inquiry.
2. Sending an Inquiry / Request for Quotation
Click Send Inquiry on a product card and fill in the requested quantity and details. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the spot goods in a category are not yet listed, click Post Your Request — suppliers will quote your requirement.
3. Samples & Quality
Sample prices and prototype services, where available, are shown on the product detail page.
We support factory inspection records, test reports and certificates. Ask the service representative for the document package relevant to your product.
4. Pricing & Payment
Listed prices are FOB prices in US dollars. You may switch the displayed currency with the selector in the top bar; settlement is always made in US dollars.
Accepted payment channels are shown at checkout. Contact support before payment if you have questions about the amount or shipping terms.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time and logistics method are confirmed after order confirmation. For cross-border orders, the quoted price may exclude freight, customs duties and taxes unless otherwise stated.
