This Disclaimer and your use of the Platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Disclaimer shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of the operator's place of establishment.
