Are you a trading company? No. We operate as a matching layer. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we are not the seller of goods listed by third-party suppliers.
Which industries do you cover? Coverage is strongest in cosmetic ingredients and bioactive actives — hyaluronic acid, collagen, copper peptides and related functional ingredients — with adjacent personal care and nutrition ingredient lines.
Which languages are supported? English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish and Arabic, all served from the same catalogue data.
Do I need an account to browse? No. Browsing, filtering and viewing supplier profiles are open to everyone.
Is there a minimum order quantity? Each listing states its own minimum, set by the supplier.
Can I buy a sample? Yes, where the supplier offers sample pricing or prototyping. The option is shown on the product detail page.
What currency are prices in? Prices are shown in US dollars as FOB reference prices. You can switch the display currency in the top bar, but settlement is always in US dollars.
How fast will I get a quotation? Inquiries are typically answered within 24 hours. Posted requirements usually receive first responses within one to two working days.
What if my category is not listed? Use Post Your Request to publish the requirement; suppliers who can fulfil it will quote.
What payment methods are accepted? The channels available for your order are shown at checkout. Never transfer funds to an account other than the one stated on the platform.
Does the price include shipping? Listed prices are FOB references. Freight, insurance, customs duty and taxes are normally quoted separately unless the supplier states otherwise — confirm the Incoterm in writing.
How long does delivery take? Delivery time is confirmed with the order and depends on the logistics method agreed; each listing shows the supplier's stated lead time.
Do you support pre-shipment inspection? Yes. Arrange it when confirming the order so the factory schedules a window for the inspector; see the inspection service page.
Can I get certificates of analysis or test reports? Yes, where the supplier provides them — request the documentation package for the specific product.
What if the goods do not match the specification? Raise a claim within the agreed window with photographs and, where relevant, an independent test report. Early claims with evidence are far easier to resolve.
Can I return goods? Sample orders are generally not returnable unless the goods are defective or materially different from the approved sample. For production orders, returns are governed by the agreed order terms.
