We are a small team building infrastructure for cross-border B2B sourcing — the unglamorous layer that determines whether a buyer in one country can reliably purchase a technical product from a supplier in another. If that problem interests you, we would like to hear from you.
What the work involves
Supplier verification and onboarding. Reviewing company information, production capability and product documentation, and deciding what gets published. The judgement here directly determines whether the catalogue is useful.
Category development. Building out coverage in cosmetic ingredients, bioactive actives and adjacent ingredient categories — understanding specifications deeply enough to tell a usable listing from a vague one.
Buyer support. Helping buyers turn a requirement into a brief suppliers can quote against, and keeping transactions moving when documentation or logistics create friction.
Product and engineering. Building and maintaining the catalogue, inquiry, ordering and multilingual layers that everything else runs on.
Content and sourcing research. Producing the category notes and sourcing reports that help buyers make a first-pass decision.
What we look for
Precision matters more than polish here. The people who do well on this team are the ones who notice when a specification is ambiguous, who follow a discrepancy to its root rather than smoothing it over, and who would rather tell a buyer that a category is not a good fit than take an order that will end in a claim. Domain knowledge in ingredients, cosmetic raw materials or chemical trading is valued but not required for every role; the willingness to learn a specification properly is.
How to apply
Send a short note describing what you have worked on and why this problem interests you, along with your CV. We read applications ourselves rather than screening by keyword, so a specific, honest note is more useful to us than a generic one. If there is no advertised role that fits but you think you can contribute, write to us anyway and say how — we have made room for the right person before.
