In order to gain a deeper understanding and share work experience, solve practical problems, motivate employee growth, and enhance corporate cohesion, the 2020 Second Sharing Session of Zhuodian Food Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was held on October 30 at the plaza in front of the factory office. Chen Ying from the Quality Control Department and Zhang Yue, Team Leader of the Production Department, served as hosts.
Item One: Group division. All family members were divided into 4 groups for team PK. Group One was the Miracle Team led by Liu Jian, Group Two was the Glory Team led by Lü Pinrong, Group Three was the Yueying Team led by Pan Xingjun, and Group Four was the Happy 8+1 Team led by Yan Lei. Each group leader first gave a personal talent performance.

Item Six: The four groups respectively held fierce and exciting competitions including relay races, two-person three-legged races, jump rope, group water retrieval, and prize quizzes.
After a whole day of intense games and quiz sessions, the Happy 8+1 Team ultimately won the championship, the Glory Team won second place, and the Yueying Team won third place. Thanks to all family members for their active participation. We hope everyone will bring the enthusiasm from the games into our work at Zhuodian — work hard, work hard, and work harder.

General Manager Yang wishes all Zhuodian family members a happy birthday. The company's Phase II expansion is about to begin, and great changes will take place in the days ahead. All of these depend on the joint efforts of every Zhuodian family member!
General Manager Deng shared that although the company's performance this year has been affected to some extent by the pandemic, the catering industry still has enormous room for development. The company must continuously strengthen its corporate strength (technical strength and manufacturing strength). We must have a craftsmanship mindset and make our products the best they can be; every family member must possess altruistic thinking in order to properly handle problems encountered in work. Only in this way can many small problems be easily resolved.
