2020 Fire Drill of Zhuodian Food Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.
In order to further strengthen the fire safety awareness of all employees, improve their practical skills in fire prevention and disaster relief, take preventive measures, and reduce the occurrence of safety production accidents, on the morning of August 4, 2020, the company held a fire safety emergency drill with the theme of "Safe Production, Prevention First". More than 50 people from production departments and relevant functional departments participated in the firefighting drill.

(I) Collected relevant fire emergency, escape, and self-rescue knowledge based on the company's actual situation.

V. Emergency Evacuation Actions of All Departments Commenced:
Fire Safety for All, Life Paramount
Upon receiving the instruction, the leader of the emergency team immediately sounded the fire alarm (whistle). Cao Xueqin organized office personnel to escape to the designated safe area and organized personnel to cut off the power supply on floors 1, 2, and 3 of the office building.
My Safety, My Responsibility
He Dezhi organized personnel to cut off the main power supply of the workshop and guided the powder feeding group, paste packaging group, paste feeding group, and paste outer packaging group to escape southward along the logistics channel to the south lawn of the factory; Zhao Hongqin organized personnel from the small packaging group, powder packaging group, powder outer packaging group, and wok group to escape to the northwest corner of the wok room nearby, using safety hammers to break the glass (tempered glass was removed in advance for the drill) to open the door and escape to the designated safe assembly area; Wu Hong organized warehouse personnel to cut off the warehouse power supply and escape to the designated safe assembly area.
Mutual Help in Times of Crisis
The emergency reserve team entered the workshop to inspect the site and found that Zhang Yue had slipped during evacuation and sprained her ankle, unable to walk. The reserve team members rescued her from the fire scene.
Focus on Fire Safety, Cherish Life
Kuai Shouhe explained on-site the correct use of fire extinguishers and had every team member practice hands-on. Liao Zhenliang trained participants on the inspection methods for fire hydrants and fire extinguishers.
Safety Is No Small Matter
VI. After the drill, Commander-in-Chief Liao Zhenliang, Deputy Commander Gao Yuli, and Electrician Lü Pinrong respectively conducted training sessions in the third-floor multi-function conference room on "How to Escape and Self-Rescue at a Fire Scene", "Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)", and "Special Training on Safe Use of Electricity", and discussed improvement suggestions raised by team members. This spurs our emergency team to continue doing a good job in safety work!
